  I've never been so disappointed by a public institution. I had my administrative documents sent to me in mid-November, since I've been living in Berlin for a few years and I should have renewed my passport. However, as of this writing, the post office isn't even able to tell me where my documents are (sent since November 19th). However, I'm in a hurry because I've already booked a ticket for March and should have already started my passport renewal process since December to be sure of being ready by the end of February, well before my flight, but alas. What shocks me most is that the post office isn't even able to tell me exactly where my documents are. I'm talking about my administrative documents; no words can describe my disappointment, wallah.

  Since the renovation of the Sokodé post office, the structure is cleaner and prettier. The banking service is of good quality. It is the mail service which is not yet at the top level.

  I am very pleased that the post office is finally open to the public with a nice refurbishment of the building after the fires of August 2017. Now that the agents also give the same level of satisfaction and excellent service! Thank you for your service to the public.
