  Incompetence, the service provided is terrible, it screams at the customer and I come back to the characterized rudeness of the manager. 👎👎

  Incompetence at a high level and the manager looks like she has no skills. We send a simple parcel which lasts more than 3 months without success and when we make the complaint it comes out of the protocols which does not even appear on the receipt that we were given. The manager treats the customers with decisive rudeness. (How can 5 pairs of new sneakers in a box be worth 25,000Xof??) What kind of steal is that?? Just because we are asking for our package which has gone more than 3 months without being sent, what incompetence is that??👎👎👎👎

  the service is quite particular, in the sense that the employees of the said establishment are very impolite (which is representative of employees in public services in TOGO in general)
