::We have 3 locations: Hanoukopé, then Agoë next to the Moov agency and Totsi across from the Saniol gas station. Let's talk about the reception first. I had to visit all 3 locations and the place where I saw the most nonchalance and I don't care attitude was Hanoukopé. No consideration for the customer, it was as if the agents were begged to do the job. Then speaking of the taste since it's the same person who does the refueling, I don't recommend it if you like the real authentic taste of milk. It is noticeable that it is clearly a floury white substance skillfully mixed with vanilla essence and sweetened with little milk. The taste and texture of flour is so present that my disappointment was too great. I renewed the experience at various times and it is indeed a trademark, milk mixed with flour of I don't know what. As a customer, this is both scandalous and disappointing. In any case, I'm not sure I'd repeat the experience, and it's obvious that the customer base has dropped significantly. So either they straighten things out and make quality products with quality service, or the viability of this brand is at risk.
