::The customer service and food was outstanding especially in comparison to Ghana. The customer service is comparable to what I am accustom to in America. The hotel itself was clean but a little older but good.

::Located in a central place Close to ATMs for international transactions The AC worked well. The staff spoke multiple languages. Card payment accepted Lots of positive reviews online painted a different picture from what I encountered. Counted several roaches Floor was dusty and sandy Fridge didn't work. The sheets didn't seem clean The staff were generally between hostile and non-challant The highlight for me was the restaurant Super delicious and fresh food The chef was most helpful and delightful Looking for your next Michelin chef, he is the one you should be looking at

::The staff are very polite and super helpful with information and getting me taxis when i needed one. The location of d hotel however os a bit scary, like if u come out of d hotel , u r looking straight into other pples house. Once u walk out its a bit like a market with pple selling all sorts. Its noisy at night with pple singing and dancing in d houses close by. The hotel also has no restaurant so u ve to go out for food. The bathrooms were not very clean. There was limescale on all d faucets and the toilet had rust rings in it. The towels honestly should all be thrown away as they were old and had lost colour and texture. The best thing about the hotel was the AMAZING staff present they were polite, helpful, well mannered and warm.

::En français en dessous. A lire ! Avoid absolutely this hotel as I was robbed there Spent 3 nights there. Nice hotel at first, confortable. The penultimate day they told me they would clean the room while I was out. I had left a $100 bill hidden in a small pouch at the very bottom of my backpack. On my last day, just before leaving, I looked for my money to carry it on me while I was commuting to Kpalime... The pouch was still there but the bill was gone. This is bad but the handling of the situation was worst. I went downstairs to tell them that my money had been stolen and to ask to speak with the owner. The manager (Mathias I think was his name) basically told me it was my fault as I hadn't say I had "something to declare" upon checking in. I asked to speak with the owner he refused. He told me he was the manager, that I was the only person I needed to speak to and literally laughed my problem off. I insisted to speak with the owner after telling me several times he was not reachable he then changed his story to say that he was the owner. When I checked in Mathias asked me if I had "anything to declare" I asked him what he meant he repeated "do you have anything to declare". He spoke perfect French, my mother tongue I then assumed he meant prohibited or restricted goods. When I answered no he did not explain or insist or offered to me to leave valuables at the reception desk (they do not seem to have a safe there anyway). They offered no means to put away my money in a safe place, stole it and completely dismissed me when I complained about it, arguing it was my fault. Based on what happened to me I'd recommend for everyone to absolutely avoid this hotel. Feel free to contact me if you want any additional details.
