  Hardly average! Nice building for that area but rooms have no hot water, air con is working but power is not sufficient, so if all rooms are occupied power is low and the AC doesn't work. Restaurant is average and menu choices are limited to 2 or 3 dishes. Beds are average too. Hygiene is also also average. Rooms, bed sheets.. can be cleaner! There is Wi-Fi but I didn't try it. The Staff need much efforts into welcoming and caring for guests. I Hope they will improve their service because I didn't notice any other hotels nearby. They really need to use the opportunity well for more customers.

  Gracia was fantastic, good place to be,natural fresh air and many things I appreciate from them.
