  The hotel was worth the price , their room varies from 13000fcfa to 25000fcfa, the customer service is great , and they are professional and helpful , I will definitely use the hotel again and again and even though it's not an Englidh speaking country , they even help with someone that can speak .

  The road in front of Hotel Cristal is one of the most dangerous roads in the city Kpalime, Togo. Potholes,lack of taxis, and crazy drivers make it dangerous. Avoid. Hotel Cristal lacks in any civic pride.
