  It's impossible to reach them by phone, even though they are available 24/7. Disappointing for a leading hospital.

  The working staff at the pediatric department is really bad. No concern for kid's safety (no gloves or mask when touching babies, coughing,...) and getting information is horrific, you'll be sent back and forth between departments with seemingly no one willing to help. The same goes for maternity, the nurses and security personnel.

  Very welcoming environment and with good rigor. The technology is cutting-edge and the people involved do a good job
